Generator Youth drama facilitation for Young Leaders is a training course that focuses on participants to develop new skills and enhance their talent in order to find new career paths in the world of theater. The training uses demonstrations, coral creation and debates or group reflections to share techniques work. The goal also is that each participant acquires new skills and experiences to develop their own workshops with young people in schools or theater groups. In turn, aims to promote European values ​​of solidarity, generate intercultural awareness, exchanging ideas and techniques.

Generator is a public and international forum of Performing Arts. Five theater companies across Europe meet in Valencia to explore new theatrical methodologies used to develop the skills of young Europeans.

The project is funded through the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Organized by Crooked House Theatre Company of Ireland with the European Intercultural Association, GoEurope, Valencia. Four theater directors from Ireland, France, Norway, Austria and a circus school from Denmark run of inter-disciplinary manner 4 plays in English, with the participation of 50 young people from 6 different countries.

The result of these explorations and cultural exchanges is presented to the Valencian public on February 20 at the Sporting Club Russafa. The event consists of 4 short plays followed by a discussion with the audience. The plays try to approach problems affecting young people in Europe.
