THE PROJECT
The main goal of ‘New Challenges’ is to improve the professional competencies important for the quality of the standard of development and implementation of public policies in employment areas, entrepreneurship, social integration and education of representatives of local government units (LGU), non-governmental organizations (NGO) and organizations of employers and trade unions (ETUO) from Eastern Poland.
These goals will be achieved thanks to the Organisation of Individual Transnational Mobility Programs (ITMP) where 210 polish citizens, will participate in job shadowing activities to be held in Spain, Cyprus and Scotland.
The programs will aim at the learning of good European practices and, after that, the implementation of changes in own operations.
